Diva Challenge 169: String Theory: Circles

I loved the Diva's concentric circles so much that I just had to borrow the format and do one too.

And  it doesn't qualify because it doesn't fit into the square format, but sometimes I like to fill a page with tangles and when the topic of circles came up,  this is what I had in my sketchbook.  Does anyone else do this?

  1. I did that very thing last night, when I scrolled down at the Diva's page and found the most recent UMT....I just sat there for an hour, making that design, until the page was full. It was so relaxing. If the page had been bigger, i would have continued longer!

Your circle tangle is lovely, btw.and so is your pageful! ha!

this is the first week I've participated...only discovered zentangle maybe a month ago and have been hooked ever since. My most recent post for the circle challenge is at the url I posted.

  3. Nice zendala. I think your work in your journal is a good way to practice tangles and techniques.

  4. I do love that outer coil with the wonderful shimmer. I like to keep a notebook handy too for when I just want to keep going and going on something.

  5. I like both your drawings. I have both a large and a smaller sketch book. The large one is for practise and the small one is a nice hardcover. I wanted the small one so I have have an assortment that is easily portable that I could show others.
