This week's word at Every Inchie Monday is apple. Strange, I have very little to say about apples. I like apples, they are pretty and I'm a teacher so my first inchie is in homage to my profession:
I really like my quilled inchie:
Have an apple today and keep the doctor away. (Unless, of course, you are a doctor.) Just spent time on the phone making appointments and being told I was a naughty girl for not having my monthly blood tests done. Oops. There was a good reason.
Love these apples. I particularly like that quilled one. Great work!
ReplyDeleteAwwwwww, love the homage to your profession, both quilled and otherwise. What do you teach?
ReplyDeleteI'm currently on long term disability, but I teach English, Art and Media Arts.
DeleteLove the quilled one. So adorable. I am the same about apples, I like apples but my sister LOVES them, her whole kitchen is one big apple so I stay away from designing with them or thinking about them too much LOL, but I like this alot
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw your apple inchie I thought "What is the connection of teaching and apple?", but then I read that you are a teacher ;-)))
ReplyDeleteLike your quilled one two! Very nice work.
Two lovely inchies, the quilled one is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteDear Kia, I am sorry that you are being kept from your profession, an honorable and important career. My sister is a college professor and my daughter a teacher's aide. I used to be a school bus driver, among my many professions. Oh, there's a story for another day! HA! You gotta love what you do, right? You must love creating and quilling because it shows. Have a brilliant day! c
