Every Inchie Monday: Pillow

Hello folks,

This week's word at Every Inchie Monday is pillow.  This took a little bit of thought and I eventually went with a semi-copy of a painting by Franz Marc.  My colours are different and I don't have the detail of the original painting, but I wasn't going for accuracy - just an excuse to get a cat in the inchie!

Here's Franz Marc's painting:

My quilled inchie was a puzzler.  I finally decided to make it somewhat three-dimensional.  It sort off looks like a pillow.  I guess.  lol.

I want to thank everyone for the lovely comments you leave.  They really make my day.  So kind.

Rest your head on a pillow and have a nice nap sometime this week.

  1. That's it - you're officially too cute for this blog! BTW, brilliant reproduction of the original painting.

  2. Adore the cat inchie. My daughter also loves it. She is a crazy cat lady in training, lol. I do like your interpretation of the painting. Great work on the quilled inchie as well.

  3. That's a delightful cat/pillow inchie and your quilled one reminds me of the bolster pillows we had at boarding school in France!
